White-Breasted Nuthatches are fairly common on the Plateau and occasional visitors to the property in the late fall-winter months.

11/8/07 White-Breasted Nuthatch (Sitta carolinensis), on the cement block base of one of the bird feeders. They like to feed on sunflower seeds and suet.
