11/10/12 Male Lesser Goldfinch (Carduelis psaltria).
Another one of our year-round residents here in La Cresta. Spring, summer, fall or winter, they descend in large numbers to the niger sock feeders hanging off of the sycamores.
In the late fall & winter, they will flock with the Pine Siskins, which are regular visitors to our property that time of year.
