Lazuli Bunting

In the spring of 2007, we had an unbelievable influx of Lazuli Buntings descending on our bird feeders and wayward birdseed on the grounds. What a spectacular spectacle! Sadly, I haven't seen nary a one since then. The males are an incredible azure-blue in color with rusty chests and white bellies.
